I Am Yours

he already received it. before christmas. i am terrible at keeping these things to myself.

through every season passing
and each wind blowing past.

i am yours.
through trials and tribulations,
a better person by your side.

i am yours.

through wind and snow and rain.
through harvest moon and summer breeze.

through harshest gale and calmest wave,
a sea of sentiment surrounds me
wherever i go.

i am yours.

lover of my soul,
maestro of my heart,
keeper of all my affections.
i am yours and yours alone.

though time might pass
and sands might shift
and days might turn to night
and night to day.

no matter what the cost,
always and forevermore...

i am yours.
